We have a professional product testing and R&D laboratory, which can test specifications such as density, strength, tensile, oil resistance, aging, etc. Our R&D department has 8-10R&D researchers, and we invest 8%of our annual sales profit into product R&D. At present, we mainly focus on R&D of special rubber products, inclouding fluorine rubber, the HNBR, abrasion resistant rubber sheet for mining, TPE rubber-plastic sheet, etc.

We have 25 production lines for regular products and a large ultra-wide production lines, which can produce 3.2m wide rubber sheets, and special rubber products are produced in separate production workshops to ensure stable product quality. The daily output of rubber sheet is 250 tons.

We have perfect product quality inspection system, every link of the production process has strict quality inspection standards, inclouding raw materials, compounding rubber, mixing ratio of auxiliary materials, the surface and size of the vulcanization process, packaging and other aspects of the responsible process to ensure that the quality of each product off the line is stable.

35% of our employees graduated from undergraduate and 55%from junior college. And 40% of our workers have 10+ years production experience. All workers will be strictly trained before work. Workers will be taken 2 weeks theory training and 2 weeks practical training. In this way, we can ensure that all workers can opetate the machinery safely and skillfully and ensure the good quality of the product.

We have various packaging methods, such as pallets, wooden cases, cartons, etc., support customization, and we can customize packaging bags, pallets, etc.
