Neoprene Rubber Sheet (CR rubber sheet) is a polymer that provides moderate oil&gasline resistance, very good resistance to ozone&sulight, excellent adhesion to fabric&metal, good resistance to abrasion&flex cracking and very good resistance to alkalis&acids.

HNBR rubber sheet

Hydrogenated Nitrile is also known as saturated Nitrile, is obtained by introducing Hydrogen into the Nitrile to saturate the hydrocarbon chains in the rubber. It has better wear and extrusion resistance than NBR and has good chemical compatibility.

Used for all oil resitant applications, such as oil well, oil equipment, automotive fuel handling systems and other chemical field.

Neoprene rubber (CR), a synthetic rubber produced by emulsion polymerization of the colorless volatile liquid chloroprene (chemical formula). Its chemical resistance is enhanced by the chlorine in its polymer which reduces the reactivity of many oxidizing agents. It therefore has good resistance to ozone, heat aging, and chemicals. Neoprene is commonly used in industrial, electrical, and construction industries.

Production Line

Our rubber sheet starts from raw material, through opening, compacting, and calendering to form raw rubber sheet.

After that, it enters the drum vulcanizing machine (plate vulcanizing machine is used for block plate) to carry out the vulcanization reaction. During the vulcanization process, we control the time, temperature, and amount of the vulcanizing agent.

After vulcanization, we cut the rubber sheet into small rolls of different lengths according to different needs and packed them for transportation and use.

What is the difference between Neoprene & EPDM?

Neoprene is formulated to allow resistance and low swell when in contact with environments containing certain Oils and Chemicals. EPDM is formulated to allow resistance to External Weather, U.V Light & Ozone. Neoprene and EPDM are also available as a combination of the two polymers. This material has low resistance to oil, UV, and ozone, however it remains flame retardant.
