PTFE Microporous Membrane Series

IP68 Waterproof Breathable Membrane

IP68 waterproof and breathable membrane adopts advanced 3D printing PTFE additive manufacturing membrane technology, taking into account the uniformity of the membrane in terms of thickness, porosity and longitudinal and transverse tensile strength.
The main material of the waterproof breathable and acoustic membrane is an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) microporous membrane.

This membrane has billions of micropores per square centimetre, with a pore size hundreds of times smaller than a water molecule but tens of thousands of times larger than a water vapour molecule, so it not only achieves reliable air permeability and pressure balance, but also effectively blocks the ingress of liquids, dirt and debris. What’s more, due to the porous nature of the material itself, sound can pass through very smoothly, with little or no impact on sound quality.

properties

With IP68 rated water, dust and oil protection, it can effectively improve the integrity of the product. It also features heat dissipation and balanced differential pressure to prevent condensation and fogging, extending product life. The product performs well in extreme environments and has a long, maintenance-free service life. By balancing the pressure, it reduces the stress on enclosure seals, greatly reducing electronic and inductive product failures due to salt corrosion.

Application

Proton Exchange Membrane Backbone for Hydrogen Fuel Cells

PTFE Garment membrane

PTFE garment film utilizes the pore-forming properties of polytetrafluoroethylene resin and is made into a microporous film through a bi-directional stretching process. This film is not only waterproof but also breathable, with excellent waterproof and moisture permeability.

In addition, due to its extremely small micropores and irregular longitudinal arrangement, it can effectively block wind penetration, thus providing windproof and warmth-retaining properties.

The film also has excellent abrasion and washing resistance and can be laminated with any fabric.

product introduction

PTFE ultra-precision filtration membrane is a new type of polymer material, made of PTFE microporous membrane through a special process, with a porous three-dimensional mesh microstructure of micron or submicron level.

By adjusting its structure, morphology, thickness and surface geometry, and by combining auxiliary materials with different properties, this filter membrane is able to fulfil a wide range of functions and applications.

PTFE NANO mask membrane

口罩

product introduction

PTFE nanofilms prepared by unidirectional or bi-directional stretching process show a spider-web-like microporous structure on the surface, with complex variations in the three-dimensional structure such as web connectivity, pore-set sets and pore bends. Therefore, this material has excellent surface filtration properties.

Nano-masks made from this material are characterized by high barrier efficiency, long service life and lightness and breathability.

PTFE Fermentation Membrane

product introduction

Sealing livestock and poultry manure with a fermentation membrane for high-temperature aerobic fermentation in a pre-fermentation heap protects it from the wind and rain, avoiding the effects of bad weather, and at the same time allowing the carbon dioxide gas and water vapor produced during the treatment process to be discharged quickly.

The permeability of the membrane affects the change in moisture during the process, both to overwet the material and to retain sufficient moisture for material degradation.
