Although the conventional size of rubber plate has met the needs of manufacturers, with the continuous upgrading of customer demand, especially the demand for wide plates, we have launched China’s unique ultra-wide drum vulcanization machine.  In 2021, we successfully put into production an ultra-wide roller vulcanizer with a diameter of 3.5 meters, capable of producing rubber sheets with a width of more than 3 meters.  This not only meets the customer’s demand for ultra-wide rubber sheets but also relieves the company’s current production pressure.  The drum diameter of the device is larger and the pressure is much higher than that of the small device, which significantly improves the production efficiency.
