High nitrile content (ACN more than 40%)Oil and gas industry: Nitrile rubber with high nitrile content is widely used in the oil and gas industry for seals, gaskets and components in drilling equipment, pipes, valves and pumps, with excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, drilling fluids and aggressive chemicals.
Chemical Processing: High nitrile NBR is suitable for applications exposed to many chemicals, acids and solvents. It is used for seals, gaskets and diaphragms in pumps, valves and reactors in chemical processing plants
Automotive engine seals: NBR with high nitrile content is used in engine seals, gaskets and other parts requiring excellent resistance to oil, fuel and high temperature environments, such as cylinder head gaskets and rear main seals
Aerospace and Defense: It is used in seals, gaskets, o-rings and components in aerospace and defense applications where resistance to aviation fuels, lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids and high temperatures is critical.
